Welcome to the Library Media Center!
Dorchester District Two libraries strive to support and enhance the district’s mission of leading the way, every student, every day through relationships, rigor and relevance. We do this by providing access to library books and instructional materials as well as teaching lessons to support all areas of the curriculum.
It is our goal to assist members of the learning community to become effective and ethical users of ideas and information, to develop the skills necessary for independent life-long learning and to have a love of reading for pleasure and personal growth.

Sandy Conroy
Media Specialist
My background includes a BA degree in Early Childhood Education from USCS, a Masters degree in Divergent Learning from Columbia College, and a Masters in Library Science from Clarion University.
I have been a classroom teacher, Family Literacy Interventionist, Title I Facilitator, preschool Director, and a STEAM coach. As a Media Specialist, I am privileged to teach all of the students in our school with bi-weekly library lessons, as well as help students and faculty find books they enjoy reading.

I have a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University where I majored in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Humanities and English.
After being a stay-at-home mom, I joined DD2 as a teaching assistant in 2008 and have worked in K, 1st, 3rd, Special Ed, and Media Center. I have been at SES since 2010 and in the media center since 2016.
I love being able to serve every student and faculty member at SES.
